I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at this Nandos location. Over the past few months, the quality of service and food has drastically declined. Despite being a loyal customer, my last four orders have been incorrect.
Specifically, I always order the "Avo Goodness" wrap, which comes with vegan mayo. However, on two Uber orders, 06/11 pick-up and 16/11 dine-in, I received the non-vegan mayo instead of the standard vegan mayo that is meant to come on this wrap. This is particularly concerning for me, as I have dietary restrictions, and excessive egg consumption makes me severely ill.
What's more alarming is the inconsistent and dismissive service. For my 06/11 pick-up order, a staff member laughed at me when I had special directions on my order to ensure that they used the standard vegan mayo. For my 16/11 dine-in order, a staff member apologised for putting the non-vegan mayo in the wrap and offered to remake the wrap, but unbelievably, they repeated the same mistake. My partner who came with me confirmed that both of the wraps indeed had the non-vegan Mayo on them today.
The persistent errors and lack of attention to detail are unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of quality and respect. Family of 5 After paying $143.35 And waiting a hour for our food to arrive at the table Half our meals sat on the counter while they attended to menu log meals that came in after ours Our chicken was cold, the broccoli side was cold, they forgot mine and my daughters fries, and the extra side sauces we had ordered, and my wife who can not have chili ordered bbq and revived medium heat Peri Peri, when we mentioned the food was cold and the order was Incorrect at time of delivery the staff member seamed more annoyed then concerned I had to ask 3 times for the cold items to be replaced he said ( I will have them heated up) we then had to ask and show proof of our missing items despite them having a copy of the order. This was my sons first time to nandos once my favourite eating establishment, he said it was ok but not worth the hassle and said he will pass next time. As I said this was the second time in a month we have not received our items and food arrived cold. As a food compliance officer I am concerned for the safety of the customers if this is how the staff attended their duties

Got an excuse about how it "was" cooked and the pink flesh and the blood couldn't be there because the internal temp told her it was cooked. I said that's all well and good and showed her the chicken and asked her again if she could just throw it in the grill for a few mins. Got another excuse and a cooking lesson about internal temps and blood clots. Like bro just cook my chicken. I've been a chef for 11 years I know what undercooked chicken looks like please just throw it back in the grill for 2 mins. She reluctantly took the chicken and cooked it longer and 3 mins later when she threw the plate on the table, surprise surprise the chicken was cooked properly. There was 4 other people in the restaurant and it's not like it was even remotely busy. I don't know why it was so hard to just give the customer what they want. Because I promise what I wanted wasn't salmonella.
