Have you ever said to yourself "man, I love the pizza I get from my favourite Pizzeria, but I wonder if there's a place out there that can improve on the masterpiece that is my go to pizza"? Well wonder no more. After having their pepperoni pizza I realised it was close to the best pizza I've had. And then the next thing I had the bolognese pizza and realised that WAS the best pizza I've ever had... And then the next time I had the spaghetti bolognese calzone. And omfg... It took things to a whole new level. So then I added extra cheese and pineapple. Lol I'm going to get so fat. This is just ridiculously good. Also my partner is gluten free and agrees that the gf base is excellent. Note to Naples: just remember to mark the box that is GF! This was a real concern when we both ordered the same pizza.

Nice cosy place to eat . Staff are friendly . Having just been to Naples a few weeks ago we wanted to try this place . Pizza toppings are very nice . Pizza bases .. hmm. Definitely not like an Italian pizza base . Too crunchy and almost oily and ours were burned ( black ) at the bottom. The 4 seasons pizza was the best one we had . The other one as a supreme .

Guys, guys, guys!!! Absolutely terrible experience. BE WARNED! Harsh , but hopefully considered constructive criticism to follow. Came here on the good reviews from others on here, but have to say, they must be friends and/or family, or have never eaten at a real Pizzeria before, because there is no way your products and/or service even gets close to a 4 star rating. You need to have a real good look at yourselves and choose what's most important to you....menu log and online orders, or the people that bring their families to your establishment for an italian pizzeria experience. My advice is shut your restaurant doors, pack up yout tables and chairs and stick to the online ordering audience, because anyone else is certainly going to be extremely disappointed. To wait over 45 minutes, for a standard 2 pizza, 1 pasta order, after being told 15-20 mins, think about this. First thing I see is 2 x frozen pizza bases whipped out of a freezer, slapped onto a tray, dab of sauce, then into the oven to thaw out? Then pulled from the oven to have the minimal amount of toppings put on, with a good 1.5 inch gap to the crust edge with no toppings? The 2 pizzas were pulled from the oven and sat on top about 17 minutes from order being placed....along with a barely warmed frozen garlic bread....they sat there ...and sat there...and sat there.... Well the remaining time was waiting on a Fettucine marinara....fresh made pasta, not a chance here!....30 minutes later we get the pasta dish and 2 cold pizzas. Meanwhile menu log and deliveroo products moving like hotcakes. Let alone the poor lady who was dining in with 1 baby and 2 toddlers....not sure she even had been acknowledged as being at a table the whole time we were there waiting... None of the 6 or so deserts available, except the Tiramisu, which i am sure would be a frozen supermarket jobby. Not sure what your awards are for...really. That should be considered false advertising! Having now eaten your cold, bland , tasteless pizzas, and your far from above average marinara, with soft Half baked garlic bread which was just disappointing from start to finish. Not ever going to be coming back, nor recommending this place to anyone. Stick to the fast food game if anything Don't promote yourselves as fresh, nor authentic, nor delicacy, as you are none of the above Don't offer desserts on your menu if you don't offer desserts. 1 star purely for the poor embarrassed guy that had the dignity to continually apologise for what should now be a wake up call! For every good review you get how many customers visit? For every bad one, how many do you lose?, especially when they were 1 that came off a good review and now giving you a bad review? Expected ten times better than that guys, very very...

Took a party of 5 adults here tonight for a 7pm booking for an inside table. When we got there we were left standing outside in the cold as they had written down our booking wrong and were not expecting us until 7:30pm.

Okay, so we were invited to dine at the outdoor table but it was far too cold and there was way too much traffic going past for it to be comfortable.

We watched as staff inside slowly cleared off some tables and seemed to have them set up but they didn't even look our way, they just wandered off and started chatting with the diners inside the restaurant. Eventually we decided that we should just go in and sit down as we were getting very annoyed at being ignored.

The food was okay but my main the Scallopine Al Fungi at $28 was extremely disappointing. 4 thin scallops of somewhat dry chicken in a lovely sauce. The salad that should have come with the meal eventually arrived but by then I had already ordered a salad after being shocked by how small my allegedly main sized meal was.

We weren't offered the option of desert or given any attention at all so we just paid and left. It would appear that if you are a regular and are known to staff that you get treated well but if you aren't you get ignored...

20+ yrs ago we would get Naples pizza from the Pizzeria in West Ashgrove. It was such great pizza. The other month after discovering Naples in Grange I ordered again for the first time in 20yrs. I was not disappointed. Glad to see that quality, authentic, Italian pizza still exists.

My main review of Naples Pizza was posted on a business account because Google switched my accounts without telling me. Thanks Google. Here's that review:
