NRG express — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Horrible customer service. I ordered a mango smoothie but they made me a mixed berry one instead. So i told them that this might not be right and that i ordered mango but the lady at the register said "no you ordered a mixed berry" with an annoyed look. Umm I'm pretty sure I would know what I ordered lady. She just didn't want to admit that she made a mistake putting in my order, though I wouldn't trust them to re-do it anyway. Ended up just taking the mixed berry whilst shaking my head in disbelief. Tasted ok but very overpriced for what it is and not...

Abit on the pricy side but if I didn’t receive Excellent customer service by Kay and tasty juice by jenma it wouldn’t of convinced me too go back a second time. You pay cheap you get cheap customer service because they honestly don’t care, but these girls were excellent and there customer service outweighs the high pricing :) Will definitely we going back on my way home....

Customer service was good, I ordered two iced coffees and they came out really quick. Gemma helped me decide on something too eat as there was two many choices too make and her choice of the veggie roll plus toasted hit the spot! Price is great considering I’ve seen worse airport prices.
