Boost Juice - Brisbane Domestic Airport — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Have been here a few times. The consistency of quality is good. The last time I went here I was the only customer. The young ‘customer service’ person was stuffing around in the back with her back to me. It didn’t look like she was doing anything particularly urgent. I politely asked to be served. “ She turned and winged at me, “Do you want to wait”. I waited and she made my drink and I left. No customer service or manners. I won’t be being from there again. I reported this to head office and there was no complimentary drink or anything. Just a standard issue apology. I will avoid in future. There was nothing wrong with the drink product. It was the attitude and rudeness that was the turn off. I walked away mad at myself for not just skipping the purchase and walking away when she made that rude...

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

The eftpos machine was down so I was told to go and get cash out. I paid $2.50 to get cash to purchase my drink and then went back. The girl on service was so extremely rude. She continued to play around with the eftpos machine for 5 minutes after I got my cash out then took my order which I paid with my cash, then she continued to play around with the eftpos machine for another 5 minutes where I had to ask her to please make my juice as I had to go. She then storms out the back makes my juice without washing her hands and slams my juice on the counter, then continues to handle cash and not wash her hands.

Was dropping my mother off to her flight today and as we had 5 minutes before check in opened and she was feeling unwell I went to get her a juice. Specifically asked the girl working if the juice was caffeine free as my mother is currently on her second round of chemo and gets extremely sick if she has too much. The girl looked at me blankly then very unconvincingly told me it didn’t have any caffeine in it. We got it and then left, later on I looked up the contents on the boost website to double check and turns out it did have caffeine. Very disappointing and worrying as it puts my mother at risk right before she gets on a flight which she is only occasionally well enough to be on to come visit me...
