We walked in to no one at the front desk so we rang the bell. A woman walked out and took our order. She seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. We ordered a vegan deluxe pizza and a bbq meatlovers from the melts range (which is only $6.95). My total came up to $35.40. I was suspicious because it shouldn’t be this high and knew she probably got one of the items wrong. I double checked that it was the melts range item and not a bbq meatlovers pizza, and she said yes. I decided to trust her. As expected, she walked out with two pizza boxes in her hands. We were disappointed but did not even bother to say anything because we were already super hungry. After seeing all the really bad reviews as well, I didn’t even bother asking them to fix the order (we saw a review that mentioned that they messed up the order TWICE).
It gets worse as we opened the bbq meatlovers box. It wasn’t just oily pizza, we literally saw a pool of oil on the pizza with the toppings! It was super disgusting. Not only do the employees not know how to take orders correctly, they don’t even know how to make pizza. That is literally their ONE job! Read moreDon't bother. No less than 6 times have I received a pizza that has been dropped leaving the pizza to be a massive lump of mess stuck to one side of the box. On ALL occasions refunds were refused and a new delivery bought out, meaning another 40 minute wait. On multiple occasions drinks have been missed or substituted for something I didn't pay for. When I mentioned this to the delivery driver last time his response was to whine an "Oh, come on man!" at me.
Delivery driver tonight when handing over the pizza was all huffy because he had to deliver the pizza to the door instead of leaving it outside in the rain wet car park. Either do your job properly or get a new one if you can't be bothered. Only half the pizza had toppings tonight, the other half was a soggy base with nothing on it.
Looking at all the other dissatisfied reviews, and lack of responses to any of them, it's plain to see that the owners don't care at all. You might want to consider a new vocation because you are doing the brand you work under and yourselves a huge disservice. The order didn't come directly from the store and tracked the online tracker for a driver who went WAY past my residence. Online tracker said that my order had been delivered. Called the store and spoke to the supervisor who told me that he would contact the driver and call me back in 5 minutes. Needless to say I had to call them back where I was informed that the driver was 5 minutes away and guaranteed to have hot, fresh food. The order arrived and the pizza tasted like it was barely cooked and was stone cold. Contacted the store again and spoke to the supervisor.... Again. Was informed that they could redo the order but it would take 45 minutes. When I asked for a refund, was informed that the supervisor could not do that, that a manager would be in contact....
