Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Last night was a mess thanks to Pizza Hut Cannon Hill, I ordered $140 worth of pizza and sides for a specific time for my daughter’s birthday. There were some young kids there so we made it 6.15pm so they could eat before going home to bed. I phoned the restaurant about 6ish to make sure all was going well and was told they were too busy to talk. I rang again at 6.10pm with no success. I then just trusted they would turn up soon. By 6.30pm I thought they must have got the delivery mixed up and presumed they needed me to pickup the order so went to pick up (got there 6.45pm) to be told the driver had just left to deliver so I drove home to find the pizzas and sides had arrived cold and my family with young kids had to go home without eating. Not only that when I got to the store it was totally empty and the staff were just hanging around and chatting and didn’t flinch about what had happen until I said how disappointed I was. How do you not get an order ready in time when ordered 2 days ahead?? Totally unacceptable and I certainly WONT be using Pizza Hut for a party or even a...

This is the best Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I was served by three young gentlemen: William, Connor and Gus who truly went above and beyond for me. They were all very friendly and it was great having a chat to them - it almost felt like we'd been friends for years. The pizza came stacked with ingredients and was at a VERY reasonable price. It was served in a timely manner too. My only suggestion is to work on how the pizza is cut as mine was cut more into rectangles than conventional slices. However this may just be standard nowadays?

I've also ordered delivery from this store in the past. I received my pizza and it was still very warm which is quite unusual given the distance I live from the store. We live up a very steep driveway and the young delivery expert in his white Honda Civic tried his hardest to get it directly to our door. Although he stalled a few times, it was great to see such perseverance and dedication to his job!

I will most definitely be coming back to Pizza Hut...

I was very happy with my recent Pizza Hut order and delivery. The 3 pizza's had plenty of toppings on them (unlike Domino's) and the delivery driver was very friendly - he even called me when he had issues finding my place. This is the first time I've used Pizza Hut in about 10 years, but I'm definitely a convert from Domino's after their topping quantities became less and less, and of a poorer quality standard. While Pizza Hut's website and online ordering system could use some work, it gets the job done and doesn't bombard you with annoying upsell pop-ups on every page like the competition.
