Stuck at the airport thanks to aircraft issues, I decided to cash in my food vouchers and go a little rogue for 8:30am. The longest line was at Red Rooster, so curiosity won.
I ordered the Chili Aioli Rippa Roll combo (with fries/chips + water). It took about 15 minutes, so I assumed it was made fresh. The roll looked promising, but it turned out to be chicken fingers in a bun. Way too much bun-to-chicken ratio, so most of the bread went untouched.
The fries were crispy at first but went soggy fast. The blackened aioli sauce, though, was decent and saved the meal. Overall, I’d give the food a 6.5/10.

Food court was full as flights were delayed and you're out of chicken. Not sure who is in charge of stock levels but you arent doing a very good job. It's not like you're not open tomorrow or will sell it then. As a manager ona. Friday night which is a peak period you would expect your stock levels and cooked levels of a stock item be available at dinner time. Average Red Rooster and as a GM I would be sacked with this type of performance...
