I received terribly rude service this morning. I ordered 2 pieces of sushi with mayo. The girl went looking for the mayo in some boxes on the bench near the register and then came back and had me pay before handing me my sushi in a bag. I checked the bag and there was no mayo. I asked her for the mayo please. She didn't apologize, instead she went and put on a hairnet and went back to the same area as before and grabbed a mayo container lid from a box and squeezed a tiny bit of mayo onto it. She tried to hand it to me saying "we have no containers". I told her: "but im taking the sushi on a plane" and this wouldn't do. She huffed and threw it in the trash and said "well you can have spicy mayo instead!" and pointed to the spicy mayo in containers in the display. I said "no don't worry about it" and left as my plane was about to board. If she knew there was no mayo containers she should have told me that before making me pay for it. Terrible service! It was Good Friday at approximately 630am, there were 2 workers in the shop (1 younger girl - the one i interacted with, and one slightly older lady), and there was no one else in line. No excuse for such poor service. Worst part is that because it was a public holiday I got charged an extra 15% on my order including the mayo. My partner was upset and wanted the money back for the mayo and was about to start arguing with her but i pulled him away and said i don't care. I'll be going to the "Yo Sushi" shop in the food court instead from now on for better food and...

Ok now that I think about it, everytime I've brought the salmon avocado sushi, I've been disappointed by how misleading it is for the top part of the sushi to be filled with salmon and the bottom half to have a very dismal amount.
Rather than mislead customers - can you not let it be known that there's been a price hike in salmon - which is why you're "deliberately" half filling your sushi's and making your sashimi a lot smaller? The main reason I spend money on your sushi's is for the salmon - not the...
Read moreI asked for two orders of sushi and was trying to ask for a third... but everytime I tried I was cut off by her saying "is there anything else", took 4 attempts to get in a word and ask for what I wanted without being interrupted. The lady serving me was very rude and extremely impatient. I then asked for a can of... but was interrupted by her saying "we have no cans", yet there was clearly cans of 5 different drinks in the fridge in front of me. Her frequent rude interruptions made me opt to not even get a drink.
Don't go here if you want anything that resembles customer service. I'm absolutely appalled and she should be bloody ashamed of...
