Beautifully fitted out, great portion sizes but one of the staff members was so horrendously rude and impatient that unfortunately the gelato didn’t taste good enough to ignore the attitude and put it down to maybe someone having a bad night and come back again. My dad had just come from hospital after 5 weeks in there due to a traumatic brain injury, so we were a little slower than usual! But unfortunately this girl was yelling at us, snippy and abrupt and had no patience. The other girl working there was really lovely though!! If you’re walking past and feel like a sweet treat after dinner, it’ll do, but Quench on James St and in Gasworks as well as Milani’s on Racecourse Road, far, far better quality with consistently nicer staff. Started popping by Rosé Gelataria since their opening week and haven’t stopped since!

Visited during different times of the day - good coffee and fresh baked pastries for brekkie in the morning, gelato scoops for dessert in the evening.

I’ve been coming back for their Signature Rose flavour a few times now but slowly making my way sampling through their rotation of new flavours.

Their dairy based gelato have been consistently smooth and creamy, while their fruit based sorbets are light and refreshing.

Super friendly staff. Lovely setting and ambience for a quick pitstop or catch up with friends. So happy to have them here...

I’ve given this place a go twice so far. Good gelato flavours but I find the gelato is way too soft. The staff are trying to get the soft gelato into the cone but the soft gelato is difficult to handle. In turn this leads to a small gelato portion. Tonight I also ordered two cookies. The cookies are soft & the flavours are not very tasty. Two cookies + one single cone of gelato was $18.80. I think that for the price of the gelato cone the portion size needs to represent better value. Last visit I tried the donuts, they were delicious! Give it a try, see how...
