Ordered the crumbed cod with chips, hamburger don, some karaage bites and potato scallops.

The cod was cooked well, crispy crumbs and firm flesh. The chips were thick cut and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside - with the exception of a few very crispy little chips (my personal favourite ☺️). Easily the best chips from a fish & chippie I've eaten in a long time 💖. The potato scallops were cooked in a light batter, and so crispy and delicious!

The hamburger don was a very generous serving. The pattie was crumbed, seasoned well in teriyaki sauce, accompanied by steamed rice W teriyaki sauce, grilled onions, coleslaw, pickled radish & seaweed. If you've got a good appetite, their don (rice bowl) dishes are definitely worth a try!

The karaage was cooked well, very light batter and lightly seasoned. It had a very nice texture and was cooked perfectly👌🏼. Thank you for a delicious Friday night dinner 🙏🏼.

Looking forward to eating there again soon and try...

I’ve been going here for ages and slowly noticing my serving sizes getting smaller and smaller. I got a Calamari and Chips for dinner tonight and only got 5 Calamari Rings and a little cup of chips. I always ask for extra lemon in my orders and I only get one wedge, some times I don’t even get any lemon at all, I’m very disappointed. Great to see a top quality fish and chip shop Or as us expat kiwis say " fush and chups" Fish tacos were great My burger with the lot was probably too big for me to eat alone !!
