I recently had an unfortunate first-time experience at this Subway. I met two of your staff members, a taller woman with glasses and a shorter woman. The taller woman was impatient and rushed me, even though I explained it was my first visit. Her dismissive behavior made me reconsider returning to this particular Subway branch.
On the other hand, the shorter staff member was patient and kindly introduced me to your menu items. Despite her commendable service, my overall experience was tainted by the other staff member's rudeness.
I hope Subway addresses this issue, as it significantly impacted my impression of your brand. This is not a reflection on Subway as a whole, but a specific negative incident that I hope won't repeat...
Read moreAround 7 PM on 25th August 2021, a staff was rude to us. Didnt even greet us back, didnt even smile and even with a mask, we could see that unfriendly face of theirs. They sighed when my friend requested to change the cookie flavour. They couldnt understand what we said (which is fine bcs the music is kinda loud) however the way they want us to repeat the order was in a condescending manner. Read moreWent to shop around 8:30am in the morning. Before going to the Saint Lucia branch I checked the timings on web for this particular branch which says it’s open and close at 11:00pm.
