Subway — Restaurant in Brisbane City

The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is Subway quality if you're into that. Nonetheless, this is the only Subway where I ended up telling them they put too little of everything in the melt, which they did. As in, they were very cheap with their ingredients. Specifically: 2 triangles of cheese, 3 slices of pickle, 5 rings of olive, 3 rings of tomato and some lettuce. I did not ask for any other salads, I paid for extra bacon and the chicken was ok. When I told them I will not buy from them again, they explained that they must follow a recipe, which is fine. I can understand that, I can understand cost saving, but I can also decide where to spend my money, and this is not worth it. For the management of the place: you keep the recipe, I keep my money.

PS. I know I can ask for more of whatever, but the point is you should run a system that prevents me from doing that = makes the customer happy with their purchase. That is...

I go here a lot because it's convenient for me, but I have been served many times and it continues to dissapoint, burnt bread, extremely long wait times, and incorrect items put in my sandwich (had to redo it three time because they kept getting it wrong) today, an unfairly cut 6 inch, I saw the sever toss up weather to put the noticeably big piece away and give me the smaller piece, which he did. Knowing I have to pay the same price for a substantially smaller piece was extremely unimpressive, I didn't say anything because the service has continued to be underwhelming and honestly a let down. Management needs to teach these employees their actual training or management needs to learn their training, either way, extremely frustrated and will not be going back again ever!!!! No passion or enthusiasm when making the sandwich. staff always have a lazy (can't be stuffed) face expression. After they wrap the sandwich they slap it down on the counter (making sure everything inside breaks). All the sandwiches and/or wraps when you unwrap it falls apart and always looks horrible. Yet staff here still act like they are way above the customer, very condescending attitude, but in the end they cannot even make a sandwich as it looks like you are eating dog s**t. Why are they even hired again? Clearly they don't care about making sandwiches, just there for the money and then go home and get...
