We went on a weekday lunch and it was crowded. Parking is not easy, we have to park at the Kenmore Village Shopping Centre and cross the red light. We ordered the Cầu Đen Style (Combination pork chop rice) $21 and the Galic & Lemonglass Salad Rice noodle salad $19 + a drink. The salad was nice, lots of veg, I wish there were more vermicelli on it. However we were disappointed with the portion of the pork chop rice. One tiny piece of pork chop, a few slices of chinese sausage (腊肠) + others that mentioned on the menu. The rice portion was also small not enough for a grown up boy and won't satisfy to a man and for $21... nah... we won't go back again. We have eaten better in Darra and Inala and cheaper price.

I recently tried the banh mi at The Rice Hunt in Kenmore, and it was an absolute delight! The grilled pork patty was incredibly flavorful and special elevating the overall taste of the banh mi. The full of carrots pickles and coriander brought a refreshing. The Rice Hunt truly lives up to its promise of serving authentic, fresh, and healthy Vietnamese cuisine. For driving to there just letting you know the restaurant is on the side of 5ways round about and big traffic flow when busy time. Limited parking in the shop front. Better park at Princeton St.

What a pleasure dining at your lovely cafe, beautiful meals, well portioned, well priced meals, fresh and zingy full of flavor, and just like grandma used to make ! You can feel the love in the cooking, having read your story, it’s the quintessential hardworking immigrant story! You make your parents proud ! More success to you and many blessings on your journey. 😊❤️😊 love the special chilli paste ! Wow !! Keith, Belinda and Anna

Okay, where do I start? My wife and I came in today for some traditional Vietnamese food and if I were to compare it with other places we have eaten this didn't taste very traditional. Lets start with what we ate. I had the Pork Belly Banh Mi my wife got some pork ribs with rice. The good? Presentation, The bad? Everything else. The bread was very hard inside and out, the pork was sweet and didn't taste fresh. The sweetness was extended to whatever my wife had and we had to try to tone the sweetness down by asking for some chilli. Even that wasn't enough. While the people in the place were nice and accommodating the food is what stops me from...

Been coming here for a couple years, recently the owners changed and they immediately started changing how they made the food. Would always get a bahn mi and although expensive they used to be worth it with the amount of meat used to fill it, after changing owners they heavily reduced this as well as making the bread smaller but keeping the price the same. The same thing happened with the rice paper rolls. Big shame, the old owner was lovely and I would come by to get food multiple times a week, now its not worth the price and will probably...
