Hands down my favourite bakery of all time. I was only in Broken Hill for two weeks but I kept coming back to this bakery for their freshly baked pastries and pies. The almond croissant was really delicious and the spinach and feta roll was great! The danishes and hearts were also really good.

Hands down the best bakery in Broken Hill. They sell through a window right where they bake all the delicious goodies. Couldn't help but grab one of each different kinds of pastries, and oh my... I wasn't disappointed with any. Make sure you get your snacks for the road here.

Nice Enough Freshly Baked Pastries My pastry item was (7.30am) fresh but it was a bit 'meh' and not very flaky. I guess I was expecting more due to the hype? Their range was also limited to a chosen few items and it seems they don't bake every item everyday. The service was also a bit haphazard and I had to order twice to two different people. Maybe I should have ordered a pie as they looked really inviting. Or maybe I should have bought a loaf of their famous sour...

Mouth watering spinach and ricotta croissants and the best sausage roll we have ever eaten ever! The jalapeño and cheese loaf and their danishes are pretty amazing too! We think this bakery rivals Lune in Melbourne, it’s that good! Unfortunately, we only had two days to indulge. Highly recommend. Would return to Broken Hill for this bakery! Arrived a little after 6am to get great pastries, danishes and spinach cheese triangles. Perfectly made and delicious. Great coffee/hot chocolate too. Note there are no meat products here but it didn't matter. If I lived near it would my local. Lovely serving lady as well. They had an interesting looking gift store attached, mother of pearl cabinets and the like. Opens at 10 tho so didn't get...
