This is a response to ( Clinton Harrisons review:I was just assaulted by the manager - she intentionally slammed the door on me as I was leaving - she decided after telling us she would give us a refund if we brought the completely incorrect order in that she would not… poor service - incorrect order- rude and aggressive manager)
He should man up and tell the real story..he ordered food through uber eats, and for whatever reason something with his uber eats order was wrong. He then rang up subway who are not at fault because if you order is wrong with uber eats you are supposed to take it up with them. But being nice he was told by subway staff to come in and they would fix it for him. When he arrived at subway Byford , he stormed in, walks straight up to the counter and smashes his fits down on the counter and starts aggressively having a go at staff and demanding free food and more. Mind u this is a fully grown adult male , trying to intimidate and bully the staff who were nearly all younger teenage staff. It was lucky the manager was there out the back who immediately came out and asked the man to first calm down and when he didn't she then asked him to leave the shop. And even then he tried to bully her and flex his muscles elbowing the door on his way out . So really if he wants to keep claiming he was assaulted by the manager ..then the video surveillance can be uploaded for all to see how much of a standover , bully he is...
My question for u Clinton Harrisons is do u feel like a big man for trying to stand over and intimidate female and young staff. ?? I think because that failed u then have to write a bad review trying to be a keyboard worrior.
Grow up Clinton your suppose to be mature adult .

The server did not make clear communication/ listen during my order.repeating everything I said.
Then did the opposite.when I requested a sauce They proceeded to tap the open sauce bottle nozzle onto the work station. then cover my burrito from the pre contaminated bottle. Never replacing the sauce with a new sauce bottle.
Was overcharged for a sauce I didn't even order. When I requested a refund for the extra charge the server didn't know how to make a refund. So I was given refund for the extra charge in cash then the server dropped the change in front of my hand.
Iv never had such bad customer service not in hurry to...

I've always had a pleasant experience and knowing there are new staff I understand they struggle or are getting trained. BUT this time around it looked like a new staff I'd never seen before and her being an older lady I can understand that termagant passive aggression but it was not called for. I asked for green peppers and when I had to repeat it again she got all serious talking about 'you mean capsicum'. No I call it bad customer service!
