Been coming occasionally to this place for the past 2 years as Iām always in the area and yet again Iām incredibly disappointed with the manager and owner Paul. I donāt believe a single time Iāve come in has this man shown any respect to his workers. He is constantly talking down to them and scolding them out loud, at enough of a volume my friend could hear him through my phone. This also creates an awful atmosphere to even be standing in the coffee shop.
The service executed by the staff members (other than Paul) is always great minus having a horrible boss standing over their shoulders.
Food is subpar at best (just go to Toastface grillah if you want the only good thing worth ordering there) and their hot chocolates are mainly just milk with some chocolate powder on top. For this place to grow I think there is really only one answerā¦

I've worked FOH in Hospitality and Retail for over 15 years and that snappy attitude was not nice at all. No customer who is paying good money for a good brew should be...
