(Guys, see what I’ve said, look at how they responded reveal how arrogant they were right, they even proved it themselves lmao..smh🤦🏼♀️)See again you assuming everything without knowing the situation, since when you can start learning not to point fingers at others, my so-called “group of people” were just 3 of us, we drove to your place together lol We did nothing at all line up, came early your male manager just being impatient when it comes to our turn, that’s why I wrote this🙂in return you make up scenario saying we’re angry because got rejected for not arriving together..can you stop making things up, definitely you guys not ashamed of anything when you can say anything without knowing the situation😅 If you don’t want to apologise😂it’s your choice I’m just giving recommendations how you could do better while responding to review in good manner. You kept using word obvious😑can you stop pretending knowing the situation when you don’t. I didn’t say he should quit, I’m giving suggestion if you don’t feel like serving people, quit is an option.always twisting things around smh😮💨 I know you gonna say same thing again to others”keyboard warrior”why don’t speak up when things happen🫠if I’m feel being heard this won’t be happening😊We did say to him we don’t feel comfortable you showing attitude, he just kept asking drink wt tea showing that😒face..isn’t it because its useless complaining in restaurant that’s why I wrote here. I don’t care about how other customers hv trouble I’m focusing on my situation, you can’t projecting. You won’t understand, all you can do is blaming🤦🏼♀️I said you should apologise first, state that it’s not the service you’ve known for because that’s how it goes normally in f&b in my hospitality degree, you consider you are special and not normal like other place…speechless🤷🏼♀️ Being introduced your restaurant to colleagues often, I felt disappointed through your responds, you successfully made bad impression which I know you don’t care else you won’t be still pointing fingers at me saying “people like you”so many times. I definitely will mention this if my friends willing to give you second chance. I live in Clarkson we still travel all the way to Belmont so it’s not like nearby but I know you won’t treasure. I’m here to give suggestions not forcing you to obey lol My friends wanna try your food, isn’t it rude for me to just walk away like you said after driving such long distance? Not everyone is inconsiderate..Reflect on yourself, how could I bring down ppl business if they behave well😏 If you really don’t care you won’t keep commenting instead you could put time in training😊 We both know clearly that I’m not the only one saying your staff attitude🤦🏼♀️oh it’s not up to me to say how ppl behave so it’s up to you to say I’m self-entitled😂emphasising this word for wt man double standard only allowed yourself to define me🤷🏼♀️ We’re having good mood lining up politely & patiently waiting, but once manager came up to us he’s already showing very impatient n talk in a rude way, not only us to some other customers as well. You know being a qualified restaurant proper answer should be first apologise and stated this isn’t the service we’ve known for instead of throwing out rude sentence like this..assuming everything without knowing situation😅it’s ok you representing image of restaurant answering like that just..shame of you nothing much🫣The short male manager on the floor is out of his mind..how dare him having this attitude in hospitality industry being so rude while bring you to the seat😀good food can’t save this shop because of his arrogant personality😅calm down and be patient if you still want to work in hospitality industry else simply just quit so you don’t have to serve people anymore😊 I didn’t say you care about me lol can you just read the sentence carefully without anger? I wrote wt i experienced did I want anything from you excuse me? Good job you Definitely should spent time on training instead of double standard defining ppl here.🙃Finally you...

Read moreCanton Lane is my favourite place for dimsum in Perth. It reminds me a lot of the dimsum you get in Ipoh or Hong Kong – same style and atmosphere.
They serve food the traditional way with trolleys and trays. Staff walk around with food, just call them and let them know if you see something you like or would like to order (porridge or chee cheong fun) . So far they are very attentive and friendly.
I went during weekdays breakfast so everything was good, no queue and everything was available. But i heard the rush hours and peak was quite hectic. If possible do visit during weekdays breakfast to enjoy a good peaceful dimsum.
Here are some of my favourite dishes: Fried prawn dumpling – Super crispy with lots of juicy prawn inside. So tasty! Curry fish balls – Reminds me of Hong Kong street food. Nice flavour, a bit spicy. Siew mai – Really good. Full of meat and has a nice chewy texture. Prawn siew mai – Even better! Packed with prawns and very flavourful. Xiao long bao – Decent. Not the best I’ve had, but still good for this place. 6.Lo mai kai (glutinous rice with chicken) – A bit salty but still okay. Chicken feet – Very soft and tender, slightly chewy. Loved this. Har gao (prawn dumpling) – Not bad at all. Prawns were fresh. Durian mochi – I don’t eat durian, but my family loves it. They always dabao extra home. I didn't get the egg tart photo cause when it arrived it was gone in seconds. It's also our favourite! The egg tart is slightly crispy and soft on the inside. Really good. The fried pork buns are really good as well. If you you've tried tim ho wan friend pork buns you'll like this as well. The beef ball wasn't to my liking but my brother said it was good. The fu zuk ( soft tofu skin) was very soft and the beef ball didnt have a very strong beefy taste. Their pork ribs are also very delicious. Soft, juicy and tender!
Do give it a try if you crave for dimsum in Perth. It’s popular, so expect a long queue on weekend mornings. On weekdays, it’s usually easier to get a seat during breakfast or lunch.
Most of the waiters/ waitresses do speak mandarin...
