Where to begin with this amazing place. Firstly, the food is exceptional. I typically work on a Friday night in the centre, and go to the store around 9:35pm famished. When I get my food, it's gone within minutes. This is genuinely some of the best food you can get around the state, and its without of doubt the best food place in Belmont at their prices. However, I have to say the beef option is an absolute no no when ordering, it's just no where near as tasty as the chicken. Also the salad portions are relatively small for the price, but why order a salad at a schnitzel restaurant? Second, the people working here are the absolute best. Sadly I don't know names, but I do know faces and job positions. The manager is the sweetest person running that place on Friday nights, and the young dude working the register is an absolute Chad. I've been to Schnitz that many times that I'm a well-known customer, and get hooked up with some deals occasionally from their kindness. They are really great people who aren't miserable workers. Third, my only real issue with Schnitz is the location. There is only one in all of W.A right now (which is good for quality), and I feel like they just need one more store to help with reach. The interior design is also pretty good, nothing over the top but nothing mundane. Lastly, the time to get food is pretty good for how fresh it is. Considering food is cooked there and then, the time to get my food on a Friday is less than 5 minutes. And when it's a busy afternoon, expect around 7-15 minutes depending on your order size. Out of the 40ish times I've been to Schnitz, only once did my food take longer than 25 minutes, to which I was offered 50% off my next order. If you treat employees like people and friends, they treat you the same. I love walking in at night to see their faces smile, and them welcoming me with my name before I order. Me and the young guy just greet each other with a head nod, a "sup dude, how are you?" and continue on with our night. Me and my mate are basically their number 1 customers, as we typically go at least once a week on average (he goes a lot more than me however). He gets Schnitz before we start work, and I get it after, and we are always talking about how bomb it is. It is literally that good that I've gotten some other friends hooked too, and now they're calling it the best restaurant. I seriously urge you to try this place out just once, and I can tell you right now, you'll come back for more. All you need to get is a burger and the chips that are so addictingly delicious. Went here for the first time for dinner. The atmosphere was just standard. Not outstanding or bad. Just average. You can scan the QR code on the table and order from there. Don't have to go to the counter. Food came out in a timely manner. And it was quite decent! I had the Chicken Ceaser Salad and my partner had the spicy chicken schnitzel and chips. The chickens were cooked really nice, tender, juicy, not dried out or anything and the batter was light. The salad was fresh, I asked for extra caramelised onion on mine. It was so good. The sauce for the chicken schnitzel was very flavourful as well. The only down side was there was no hand washing station. The sink was behind the counter...don't really want to go behind the cashier to wash my hands so I used the hand gel available, it will have to do the job.
