I showed the girl my unclaimed unidays voucher which she scanned straight away. She let us know we needed to buy something with it which was fine as we were going to get drinks. Im assuming she voided the voucher and when she scanned it again it wouldnt work. Another girl came to help who later asked someone else about the voucher. When she came back it was as if she was insisting we have previously used the voucher at another place which we havent. When I gave the first girl my phone she was the one who clicked “get code”. I told the second girl that no, it has not been used and it was the first girl who clicked for the code however she kept pushing that I mustve done something with it.
I understand that its only a couple of dollars but as someone who works at the same industry, I believe that 1) the first girl should have spoke up about her already redeeming the code and 2) the second girl should have looked at the situation and listened to what the customer is saying instead of blaming us...
Read moreI went to San Churros with a friend, after having some hot chocolate, I started to feel a little sick after drinking some of my hot chocolate, it tasted odd and was not as good as it would normally be. I met with the manager at the store and he was so rude, his tone and anger was just disgusting, because i had said that the coffee and the hot chocolate was a little off and something was wrong. He wanted to argue about there being nothing wrong, but, I didn't bother about it.
I had honestly thought the man was going to hit me, he was so infuriated. He gave us a new coffee and I got the money back for the hot chocolate and thankful but, there was no rudeness from me., there needed to be an open and soft approach to discussion.

I purchased two slices of cake for a birthday. Upon arriving home, a significant distance away on a rainy day, I discovered that one slice had approximately 1/3 of the cake missing.
I live 20 minutes away from the outlet and, importantly, have a young child at home. A return trip to the store to prove a clearly visible issue is an unreasonable and time-consuming burden.
