Ordered $53 dollars of food online, we picked up the order around 8pm. Once we got home we realised that one of the chips for the parmi was missing, we called the line that the website recommends and got a call centre telling us they can just send a message to the restaurant and they would call us back. We waited for about 15 to 20 minutes not touching our food so we could sort out getting the missing food and heard nothing. We called a second time and were told we probably wouldn't hear anything till the following day. We then after about half an hour of screwing about trying to contact the store decided to drive down to the restaurant and get the order fixed plus remake all of the now cold food. The manager asked why did we come back for one missing chips and to use our common sense and eat what we have and worry about sorting the chips the next day. He made us feel as if we were wrong for coming back upset that we couldn't sort out the missing food for our dinner that night. He then said the kitchen was about to close and couldn't (or wouldn't) remake the order and suggested we should have to keep all of the cold food because we were only missing one chips for one parmi. I can understand it may sound like we took everything back because of one missing chips but it wasn't the original intention if we could have got a hold of someone to sort it out there would of been no need to go back. I then after talking to the manager and getting more frustrated asked for a full refund and we would go somewhere else to which he replied (it was about 9pm at this stage) you wont find somewhere else to eat now. He was trying his best not to give us a refund either, but after the whole experience and driving back and forwards i wasn't leaving without a whole meal replacement or a full refund of $53.00, needless to say i would not recommend this place to anyone or ever go back...

Went to this establishment for lunch and alarm bells were instantly ringing as there were NO staff behind the bar on arrival. Instantly recognised this place is understaffed. After waiting for a couple of minutes, I was greeted by a staff member whose hospitality skills were more likened to that of Saddam Hussein than what I am normally used to. I've asked a couple of questions to which I received a rather abrupt response or none at all. Generally found the staff to be uninterested and rude which I find reflects badly on the management, after all, someone hired these walking, talking rice cakes. Ordered food to which I was told would be a 30 minute wait, fair enough, it's busy and a public holiday. This again tells me they are understaffed and the business is more interested in profit margins than customer service. After the one beer (No more thanks) I walked out to the unsightly vision of a staff members behind sticking out as if it were practicing the downward dog only to realise they were just on the phone searching for some sense of dignity. Overall an unpleasant experience, which is a shame as I was looking forward to frequenting the establishment, and an experience I wouldn't wish upon Nick Kyrgios and his mates. 8/10 would...

Came here on the New years Day Monday. Overall, I was quite disappointed. Our party of about 10 was disappointed to find out that due to the public holiday, there were no specials (half priced wings and ribs), but to account for that, there was no public holiday surcharge. We all thought that was a fair trade-off.

I ordered the Grand Slam 2.0 Burger, which was average at best. For a burger that costs $29.90, I was expecting something bigger and with more flavour (ive been to plenty of Bars and burger places that would have a similar sizeburger costing between $15 and $20, and now, having just read the menu item, it was missing the onion straws and salads.

As our group began to head off, one went to pay the cheque. The staff on hand put through different tables to ours, both were large groups. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was about $400. The fix for this was extremely time-consuming, taking nearly half an hour.

The reason for 2 stars as opposed to 1 is due to the nice setup they have for watching sport, individual TV screens within booths is...

Amazing! I am so glad we visited The Sporting Globe Bar & Grill. The Venue is Beautiful. The Staff were super Friendly. The Drinks were Great and the Food was Delicious! The Menu was made it very difficult to choose what we wanted to eat...I say that because everything on the Menu sounds Delicious. In the end my husband and I shared a bowl of Boneless Chicken Bites with Buffalo Sauce and Blue Cheese dip for a starter. My Husband got the loaded Hawaiian Parma for his Main which had Crumbed Chicken Breast baked, Chargrilled Pineapple, Hickory Sauce, Streaky Bacon, Melted Mozzarella and Tasty Cheese while I had the Loaded El Grande Parma with Crumbed Chicken breast baked, Spanish Chorizo, Roasted Mushroom and Capsicum, House Made Napotali Sauce,Mozzarella and Tastey Cheese finished with Chilli Flakes and Feta...They were all absolutely Delicious we had a great time.

Been here multiple times before foods normally been good , as it’s a 50 minute commute for me bit of a journey but always been worth it before but tonight these are by far the toughest , coldest most disgusting ribs I’ve ever had to try and eat , attempted 2 of only the 4 I got ( with also hardly any meat on them) had 2 which were disgusting and the rest was even worse I didn’t attempt, partner tried to eat 1 and gave me , for a all up meal the $80 I spent was a absolutely disgusting meal which I’ll never go back to sporting globe over , waited for 10/15 minutes maybe to try get the waitress over and complain but got ignored / walked pat multiple times so yeah , disgusting experience , hours wasted along with my money for a disgusting meal . Very disappointed sporting globe Belmont

Great place to dine in. Each booth has a separate mini TV in the wall, they do q different special each day and they do cheap $13 lunch specials which can be any salad, wrap or burger with a soft drink, so good! I ordered the nourish bowl with chicken and my friend had the vegan burger, both can confirm that it was delicious!!! We were both full and I'd 100% recommend the nourish bowl it's so filling and tastes amazing. The wait time was not bad at all (15mins) and the staff are super friendly and very tentative. Special thanks to the brunette girl working today (Vanessa I think, can't remember her name sorry if I got it wrong) she was super helpful, her attitude was awesome and she made us feel so welcome. Thank you! 100/10
