Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship at this Barber Shop. I have attended this shop a few times giving them the benefit of the doubt, but will never return!
Few things: No shaving foam is used when razoring and came out with a shaving rash Very rough when using the clipper Clippers get hot and burn against your head as there working a fade. No use of Barbercide or clipper spray Feel like you’re just a number as they churn through the customers when it gets busy. You get Asked to Pay ID for payment when I asked to pay card (Something dodgy happening here - Tax evasion maybe?) Always upsold products on checkout Talking to other staff members, or on the phone having personal conversations in there spoken language without having a conversation with you as the paying customer
My most recent experience: I told the female barber what I wanted, nothing too crazy. Fade and a beard trim. She gave me a funny look and I asked her if she was confident in what I asked for. She replied “yes” Rest assured I let her continue, her technique was very lax and was just slapping the clipper against my head. I trusted the process, the haircut wasn’t too bad. Little uneven but ok.
Then i asked for her to do my beard. I am very proud of my beard and take a lot of pride in it. I told her specifically what I wanted, trim and reshape. As soon as the clippers came out and she went up my chin, I knew then it was game over!! I go to the barber once a fortnight, I have had more haircuts than I have hot dinners and I know the things not to do. I came out with no beard. I have gaps everywhere and all that’s left is a little bit of hair on my chin. I told her I was unhappy and all I got was “sorry”
I paid my $68 and left! Never ever will I step foot back in this shop. Poor customer service, poor workmanship and just...

Read moreWorst barber experience I’ve had. I should have walked out the moment I noticed all the barbers were on their phones and barely acknowledged me when I walked in. The barber who cut my hair seemed annoyed that he had to do it.
I asked for blended sides (#1) with a longer top and a parting, even showing a reference photo. Instead, he rushed through the cut, relying mostly on clippers instead of properly using scissors. When showing me the back of my head, he barely gave me a chance to see it before waving the mirror away.
The shop wasn’t busy, yet the cut felt rushed and careless. Worse, I noticed the tools didn’t seem properly cleaned—scissors were stored in a block filled with old hair, and the clippers looked like they hadn’t been sanitized. It made me wonder about hygiene and the risk of infections.
To top it off, after an unsatisfactory cut, they tried selling me products I didn’t ask for. When I went to pay, the guy behind the counter insisted I scan the code on front of his stand before leaving and leaving a 5-star Google review while he watched—something I was uncomfortable with.
When I got home, my partner took photos, and I realized just how bad the cut was—uneven, unblended, and sloppy. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt, but after this experience, I wouldn’t recommend...
