Rude terrible staff.

Waited an hour for two kids cheeseburgers and still didn’t get them, got a refund.

They back chatted and eye rolling with me over the nerve of their mistake. I ordered about 11:45 at 12:15 I asked how far away the food was, they stuffed up the meal and made two sandwiches, they said ten minutes until the order was out. 12:45 I said how long. We have been waiting an hour now and she says ‘um actually it’s like 15 minutes’ I said no I ordered at 11:45. 1pm came, I asked for a refund and she was so smug and rude and I walked off and my son says ‘she gave you the dirtiest look.

I love the pools and their staff, it’s a shame this cafe runs their business which looks like a reflection of the pool.

Will never ever buy...

We ordered coffee and two blueberry muffins we had to wait 20 minutes for our coffee ordered lactose free. The coffee we got tasted burnt terrible and the muffins well one was ok the other was raw we sent it back waited another 15 minutes got tired of waiting finally got the coffee and the same muffin all that time and the so called chef just reheated it still raw muffin. We left as we were in a hurry coffee was not lactose free ended up sick most of the afternoon and the muffin ended up in the bin out side the arc. I strongly suggest if you are lactose intolerance don't buy coffee from this place. I'm going to suggest one thing to the so called chef if someone else says to you something is raw best...

Everything is good except the cheap and nasty Grinders coffee that is used. It has no flavour and is weak as old, greasy , cold dishwater. The staff are very friendly but don't know how to make a good hot coffee. This cafe is representing a genius idea by the Cockburn Council and needs to improve its coffee standards. Source a brilliant locally roasted coffee and brag about it. We should be proud of our local product and it should always be used in our cafes. An american company who make terrible soft drinks have no reason to make a good quality coffee. This is a health and recreation area and we should only be promoting good products, not cheap american trash. Get rid of the...
