I am coeliac and had Ten from the Devonport store make my gluten free wrap. She was amazing and went to so much effort to ensure I would not be sick. She wiped down all the surfaces, used layers of paper and went to the bottom of the salads, cheese and meats to make sure the one I would get had no chances of cross contamination. She explained to me that I could choose what I wanted in my sandwich. I paid $25 for a cold sandwich with bacon, chicken, salad, pickle, cucumber, spinach and two sauces and a coke! Instead of a measured amount of tuna salad, the worker simply smears a thin layer. And I mean thin.
