My wife and I came here for a Birthday dinner on the 23rd of April. We both got the lasagne with chips. Upon arriving, we were met with confusion as our names had been crossed out and the table we were meant to be on was taken, however the greeter was able to find us another table and seemed apologetic. Sadly the table we were moved to was right beside an open window on a chilly Sunday night. The wait was approx 40 minutes, which given how busy the restaurant was, that was acceptable. The drinks themselves took about 10 minutes and no water was ever offered. In regards to the food, it was dreadful. The lasagne was very greasy and bitter. I found out later into my meal that this was due to the lasagne sheet being burnt. The mince was in massive clumps. The chips were ok. Nothing special. If the lasagne was 16-20 dollars, I would have just moved on, however for burnt, oily lasagne, they charged 28 dollars each. There was also either no bechamel or it was incredibly limited. For an Italian place to be capable of making such a terrible lasagne, an incredibly iconic and traditional dish, makes me question their entire menu.

We went here tonight and were told our table was “table 18 at the back somewhere” and we walked ourselves to the back to find our table covered in boxes and bags with only one chair for 3 people. We waited and another waitress saw us and checked with the first one. The first waitress then came over and cleared it, and left us with one chair and went back to what she was doing. When we could get her attention again she said “oh do you want two more chairs?” like it was very inconvenient for us to sit down. We then ordered drinks and dinner and then 35 minutes later our food arrived so I asked when our drinks could be done. Two of our meals were average but the third was a pizza that we had asked to have the capsicum taken off it and unfortunately it arrived with it on. We felt like we were being inconvenient, especially about wanting to sit at our table we booked that was covered in stuff.
