Avoid this abomination.
I ordered a Taco Pack which is 2x tacos, served w fries & house slaw and a serving of Spanish Potatoes on the side.
I used their website ordering system to place my order, ensuring the food would be nice and ready to go shortly after I arrived and there would be no issues with my order. I provided my phone number as a part of the ordering process.
I arrived to pick up my order early, willing to wait to get my order, but I was very surprised when my order was already ready.
Upon arriving home, less than 5 minutes later, I opened my order to find that there were no potatoes. Instead, there were some chips that I already had in my order and they were cheaper to purchase. The chips were also stone cold.
No attempts were made to call me or even ask if they could swap out part of my order. The only nice part of this meal was ONE of the two tacos. The Pulled Pork taco was watery and unpleasant. The single nice part of the meal was the Crispy Chicken taco. It was cold, but it was edible at least.
The "home made slaw" was also very underwhelming...

Firstly - we were literally the only people in the place and the wait staff were so rude and abrupt... asking us to order via a QR code!! Is that not your job?! QR codes are an abomination in hospitality, like a really bad long hangover from 2020 covid times! I hate that places continue to use this precedent to deliver lack lustre customer service.
Next - the PRICES! Yikes. Then - the vegan cheese that WAS NOT VEGAN! FRL. AND - THE FILTHY FLOORS!! Not to forget - cleaning the tables with the strongest smelling detol spray cleaner that was so gross and went up our noses every time and was a big disruption to our experience!!
I could go on. The can drinks served without a straw, glass or ice... its not a KIOSK guys!!
Overall we were really not impressed. We spent $150 on 3 ppl with a VERY light meal and a few drinks! Ridiculous.

Read moreThis could be a really great place, but penny pinching stops that. Have you ever heard of coleslaw that is missing the dressing? It is this dry stuff that you think they've made a mistake with. The tacos have no cheese (yep Mexican tacos with no cheese, no salsa) Just meat and the dry chopped cabbage, sauce on top. Quesadillas skinny, hardly anything to them. And the strangest thing is no hot chilli sauces available. A mexican restaurant with no hot sauces. How would it kill them to give you cheese on your taco (or at least a decent coleslaw), hot sauce if you ask for it, and to do something .... anything with the quesadilla? Don't even get started on $14 glasses of wine. Guys you aren't a 4 star restaurant that can charge that. Atmosphere...
