Domino's Pizza Bruce — Restaurant in District of Belconnen

I have encountered two issues with dominos pizza (Bruce location) regarding delivery of Pizza.

On 08/03/2022 I ordered pizza at around 22:40. It was showing order confirmed from the restaurant and estimated delivery time was shown as 23:05-23:25. I called dominos at around 23:20 to ask about the current status of my order. The person who received my call first told me that there is no order for the address mentioned but when I mentioned him that i have received order confirmation status in menulog so its not possible for the order not to go through. After that he gave me another fake reason by mentioning i ordered late at 23:10 and they don't process order at that time. However, the estimated delivery time shown in menulog was 23:05-23:25 so how i can i call at 23:10. Later he agreed to deliver pizza. After the call was hung up, i checked the status and it was shown as enjoy your food but however pizza wasn't delivered. Later pizza was delivered only at 23:47. Furthermore, the receipt also shows that I had placed order at 22:38 and he was giving various kind of different reasons which was not true.

Similar kind of issue was faced by my friend on On 06/03/2022. I was with her on that day. My friend had ordered Large Peppy Paneer Pizza as she is a pure vegetarian but when the pizza was delivered it was small chicken pizza. She had never eaten non veg in her life. Thank god she did not eat that pizza. Later, she called Bruce Dominos about the mistake in delivery, but instead of being apologetic to the staff the guy who picked up the call said we were late to place order and they are closed because it was already 23:15, so nothing can be done. They refused to deliver the pizza on that day but instead offered us 1 free pizza for next time. Pizza was ordered as she was hungry so next day free pizza delivery does not make sense. so She told the guy to have it from our side because that hunger was long gone by their customer service.

I would say it was worst experience ever. If it cannot be delivered then it should have been mentioned earlier only. In both of these situation we were very hungry and had ordered a pizza. In one situation my friend got non veg pizza although veg was ordered and another veg pizza was not provided to her. Poor my friend did not eat anything on that day as she had ordered pizza at work. There is irony in both situation although late in one case pizza was delivered at 23:47 but however in other case they refused to deliver another correct pizza when conversation happened at 23:15 mentioning they are closed and nothing...

Quality of the food has really gone down recently, i think since a new manager has taken over that seems bossy and rude and always in a rush, always driving through the campus dangerously, putting students at risk to get a few minutes off his delivery time.

Atmosphere in the store is different now too, have gone in a few times with him yelling at the boys, staff seem stressed and under pressure now, i often see them also trying to rush on deliveries too which seems dangerous, seen a boy struggle with a bike and drop it while trying to deliver in such a rush.

store used to be nice vibes and now it’s just stressed people with bad food and an angry boss who drives the car around...

I placed my order at 7:05, but it took an hour for it to arrive. I called and said it would take another thirty five minutes. After five minutes, I tried to cancel the order and called, but they said the driver was already on the way to deliver the meal then The platform suddenly showed that the pizza had been delivered, but I didn't receive it. I called back to say that I couldn't get through the phone and the pizza was sent back to Domino, but I didn't receive any calls，Finally, I called and sent it back after the communication was over.
