Ramen for me was a 3.5/5, but you could bump that up to 4 if you are a fan of Kyushu style broths. I personally love Shio-Tonkotsu but gave the 'Ramen Wow' a try (because they didn't have Shio-Tonkotsu). Noodles well done, although I prefer thicker ones. The broth was nice and oily, but very salty and a little bit burnt tasting. The charsiu was nicely sized, but again a bit fatty for my tastes and the glaze seemed to take away from it. Egg was great, and the vegetables topping were very nice. I would come back to try other ramens and the staff were lovely. Still on the hunt for a great Shio-Tonkotsu...

Read moreRamen O has three locations. One in Canberra city, one in Belconnen and one in Woden. I have eaten at all three. They are very consistent and the ramen is tasty. $3 extra for some garlic is a bit steep, I always get it because garlic goes well with ramen in my opinion. This is a hefty and hearty meal. Mine had one piece of chasu that was really hard and charred, likely from one the very ends of the chasu. I would also like to recommend noodle hardness levels. I prefer my ramen noodles to be on the slightly harder side (like al dente in pasta talk). Overall, a very nice...
