Domino's Pizza Gungahlin — Restaurant in District of Gungahlin

We had pizza delivery yesterday and while my son who which is a young boy was getting money for the driver then abused my son with vulgar language which he found very intimidating considering we just moved from Queensland from very bad domestic violence. Unfortunately I was upstairs and was unaware of this situation so I couldn't help my son. We have been through much counselling due to our domestic violence and now feel I'm back to the start with my son and now have to fork out more money for a counselor so my son has someone else other than me to talk to about this incident. I called the manager who told me that Dominos take this type of complaint seriously and said that he would call me back after he looked into it. This occurred yesterday morning and as of yet I am still waiting for the call. This has made me and my son very unsettled living here now. This man shouldn't be working where children are involved. Never ever ordering takeaway from Gungahlin store! I ordered scheduled takeaway for 7:15 pm but I reached store 20 minutes earlier and asked the girl on the counter to prepare my order as I was there waiting but she said your order will be ready at scheduled time! Another lady came to pick her only pizza that she ordered around 6:30 pm but the boy said sorry your order isn’t ready for some reasons! I waited until 7:15 pm and they put my order in the warmer instead of asking by announcing the order name and my pizza sitting in the warmer for another 5-10 minutes! And I finally asked the girl on counter and she said it’s already ready! Such a worst customer service ever I had from domino’s store! When we order delivery and you guys give us estimated time for delivery and sometimes it’s late than expected time! It goes same for pickup orders too and that time is also estimated time to puck our orders! Not happy at all as they wasted my 30-35 minutes!

Food took 25 minutes longer than the 45 minutes we were told it would be to be delivered to an address in Palmerston. Pepperoni puff roll was completely empty! So it was just a bit of puff pastry, don't know how you mess up that bad. Food was not warm and no surprise, according to the tracker, old mate decided to cruise round a couple of other suburbs before coming to our house - I can understand trying to do multiple deliveries to save on petrol and wages, but those houses were no where near mine, that was just plain rude! I also provided feedback on the night (about a week ago) and never heard back from the store. Very disappointing and honestly, pathetic!
