Had a disappointing experience today. Wanted to have a quick easy lunch. The lady who took our order walked away in the middle of taking our order (problems with the tablet or their system? No idea, there wasn't any communication), then reappeared to quickly walk away again. We then received the rice paper rolls though we haven't even finished ordering the rest. Another person then finished our order, brought one of the two bao tacos shortly after. Then nothing. The two floor staff walked between serving people their dishes that came out of the kitchen and the banh mi counter, occasionally assembling what we were hoping would be our lunch. It took over 30 minutes (!) until we finally received the two banh mis we ordered. And the second bao taco came after we had finished those. We were there over an hour for banh mis, rice paper rolls and two bao tacos. Dishes that normally take a few minutes! The food was ok-ish. Would've been acceptable for a quick cheap banh mi on the go. For a dine in experience that took so long it was definitely lacking love as well as ingredients. Plus they charge you extra for mayo and/or paté! All in all a very sad experience and a great shame. Something must've been going on but we didn't get any communication nor any apologies. What a shame!

Noi Noi Vietnamese Kitchen recently opened its doors, and our recent visit left us with a positive impression. Since we had already eaten a light dinner, we decided to try their rice paper rolls, which came with a flavorful combination of pork and prawn, and a prawn laksa with extra tofu. The rice paper rolls had a delightful taste, and the prawns were notably fresh. The laksa surprised us initially with its mild saltiness, but it grew on us over time. We look forward to returning to Noi Noi Vietnamese Kitchen to explore more of their menu offerings.

Went there for lunch recently and had a decent meal. The service was attentive and fast and the atmosphere was nice with the green plant wall and warm tones. We ordered a number of things from the menu including the chicken wings, spring rolls, rice paper rolls, banh mi, pho, bun bo hue and a stir fried rice noodles with chicken. Overall the food was decent. Of what I had the pho soup could do with a little more flavour and the rice paper rolls had stuck together rice noodles hence not a five star for the food.

Needed to transfer money from my bank to pay, but there was no mobile signal inside. I asked for Wi-Fi, and unbelievably none of the staff knew the password. In 2025, that’s unacceptable — how can customers even pay without internet? It feels like management doesn’t trust their own staff, which just comes across as stingy and unhelpful.

The food is average at best, nothing special compared to many other Vietnamese places. The only saving grace was one waitress who was genuinely warm and attentive — she deserves 5 stars. Sadly, the management drags the whole experience down, and I’ll be thinking twice before...

This is solely on the fact that I've been 3 times now just after 11am opening to be told they have no rolls for the bahn mi rolls, they wont be delivered till after noon...mind you they have a massive sign out the front advertising all these rolls.

Why are you open at 11am if you don't plan on serving half your menu till the afternoon?

Makes absolutely no sense at all. Very frustrating, considering you want to pick up 5 or 6 rolls and want to support local. Sort your rolls out guys, surely I'm not the only one going in to be turned away...
