Very bad experience i ever encountered in a Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered a Vietnamese drip filtered coffee that did not arrive in more than 15 minutes. Only i asked them about it that the shopper responded the water hadn't boiled yet. But immediately another waitress brought the coffee drip set out behind the counter to the table. I then found the coffee glass was only half full. I returned the set to the counter whence they said they could put more water into the drizzler. However, the dripper was very very slow drizzling due, i believe, to almost completely blockage of holes in the dripper. So i took the set back to the counter asking for a refund as i couldn't wait any longer for the coffee to be ready. But the response was they could not do a refund even I hadn't drink the coffee, instead they would put it in a cup for taking away. But i refused to accept that and left while my friend tried to argue with them for an refund for another 10 minutes, which i didn't bother to be involved. I wish them...
