Never been before. As soon as I entered the non-Korean man wanted to know what I wanted to order. I said it was my first time so needed to study the menu. He pointed to the menu on the counter. After a few seconds he again asked me what I wanted but as it had only been mere seconds I still didn't know. I then noticed a lady standing behind me so stepped to one side and moved to the menu on the left of the counter saying "serve this lady while I decide". She only picked up an online order already waiting for her. I'm not exaggerating that it was again mere seconds later that he asked me again what I wanted! I was in the shop less than 30 seconds, was persistently asked to order 3 times and spent more time saying "I don't know yet" than being able to read the menu! We were humbled by the customer service by the owner, such a wonderful and kind man 💜 This is the most welcoming place we have ever experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed our fresh plant based and chicken burgers and crunchiest chips super delicious! You must also try their boba tea range, the peach tea is the best i have ever had and could have drank 2litres of it, it was soooooo refreshingly delicious.Food and drinks arrived very quickly to our table (no buzzer system here which is appreciated). Lovely outdoor dining area which is dog friendly and we were asked if we needed water for her 🐶 such a kind gesture. Lots of free parking opposite restaurant and shopping district within complex. We are definitely coming back. Thank you so much for having us. Make sure to checkout the cool pink neon sign inside the restaurant...
Read moreGot takeaway from here and the first thing I noticed was the attention to detail inside the store. These guys have been opened for a while but it looked as clean and new as what you'd assume from opening day. Prices were pretty good for value- cheaper that assumed due to other ConceptAte brands kinda overpriced feeds.

Chicken was cooked well, flavour selection was good, and chips were great as assumed. I wish the chicken was marinated with something though as it in itself has no flavour. I've worked in a Korean fried chicken store and I understand the constraints as its a franchise, but even some basic marinate would make the chicken go from good to amazing. For value this is one of the best korean fried chicken places in Canberra though. Will...
