Zambrero Casey — Restaurant in District of Gungahlin

Went in during the evening of 06/05 with a mate to grab a burrito. He got served straight away, got his food and was ready to go pretty quickly. Not sure what was going on, but was left standing there waiting to order - pretty empty inside too, just my mate and I.

In the end I gave up waiting for these snooty kids to decide when they'd deign to take my order and went down to Lokma. Wasn't certain about how long these two were going to take to get around to taking that whole one extra order.. and if you've come in there as a party of two people there's not really an excuse for staff to be this ignorant. It looks pretty bad when your mate already has his order and is sitting there waiting whilst two kids working in a virtually empty store can't get their act together.

Lokma was by contrast super busy with phones going and people lined up to order.. nevertheless they took my order within a minute or so, no problem at all.

I've been to Casey Zambrero once or twice before and in similar circumstances and service/food was pretty good. Won't bother coming back next time, straight to Lokma where despite being run off their feet are awesome at...

I have been regular customer at this store. My past 5 visits experience is so bad with the same person. Looks like she is team leader or manager but doesn't know how to treat customers. We noticed she intentionally puts only 2 drops of sauce. When asked to add more she is charging extra. Someone needs to explain her we are not asking for extra sauce, we are asking for the actual quantity in one go. Again today's visit, my daughter said that onion is not enough, she adds little onion and charges EXTRA . We also heard her treating new staff rudely in front of customers. We always have good experiences with majority of staff, however this particular staff is making it very unpleasant for customers to...

i ordered a big bowl and it felt kind of empty??? and i feel like one or two of the ingredients i had asked for weren’t in there. i mean if the staff were tired it’s whatever but if they weren’t then i dont understand

also ordered the “buy one get one free” water thing and only got one , so feels like a waste of money in a way , kinda wish i ordered sumn else but idk doesnt feel worth the money

edit : i dont know what it is , but my mum was fine with zambrero awhile ago and suddenly she got sick whenever eating it , didn’t think much of it as she’s gluten free. but i also feel sick for the first time in awhile from eating it,mind you i am not gluten free or anything so idk...
