Sushi Island Casey — Restaurant in District of Gungahlin

The sushi Island people have gone above and beyond for me. They cater to my order by switching around the sushi boxes for the one I really love and I have ordered 3 sushi platters from them so far at incredible prices they have been amazing and delicious every time. When they don't have the sushi I want on hand they have always been more than happy to make to order. Always have had friendly staff and they remember me and know me by name which is just awesome. I have brought the deluxe sushi packs and the salmon pack and the mixed narigi I think I spelt that wrong 😅 but it's delicious either way platter and would highly recommend this lovely place to all oh and they also have pocky available at the front counter and these adorable hard candies that look like little pieces of sushi 🍣 I haven't seen them anywhere else before so definitely worth checking out. Now you've had the long, in short this place is fantastic and they have me as a customer for life . Thank you sushi Island from the four chambers of my heart ❤ stay open, stay safe and happy...

Rude attitude and bad packaging.

Almost half bowl of soup was leaky everywhere, in the wrap in the plastic bag and made my table messy. The tempura was not crispy anymore because of this leaky package.

I called the shop, the staff said because of the driver and this problem is common. His attitude was bad, not even sorry but blame on the driver. Obviously even the driver caused this, packaging is also a big problem too. Can’t you use seperate container for soup? And choose a better quality...
