STUFFED. — Restaurant in District of Gungahlin

I came here when the place first opened many years ago. They were spruiking their wood fired pizza, so I had to give it a go.

It was expensive for the portion I got, and the crust was quite sloppy, so I never went back to the place...

A few years pass, and the pandemic came and then subsided. The place seemed to have had a bit of a revamp, or change in management - they have a big sign outside the seating area spruiking their breakfast dishes. I figured I should give them another shot, as I'm quite the fan of breakfast food.

I tried their "Smoko" breakfast sandwich - phenomenal. Maybe a little bit greasy, but it's a breakfast sandwich!

Since I enjoyed it so much I went back a week later and ordered their "Boujee" - it was very good! A nice refreshing breakfast meal. The aioli was a nice addition!

A few weeks go by and I decide to go back again for a different breakfast meal, and I got the "Tradie Queso". It was alright. Quite small, and not a lot of cheese. But it tasted good.

I'd like to try their wood fired pizza again soon, but for the meantime, they're my go-to...

Honestly, I was really disappointed. I don't have high expectation of this place but have gone there 3 times anyway because I like to give a business a 2nd and 3rd chance. 1st time was about 3 star, 2nd was 2 star, last time was 1 star (deserved zero). Staff were more focused on closing much earlier than the close time than on preparing decent food. Pizza topping was minimal, pizzas weren't cooked properly, burger was a sloppy mess & the patty was tiny, & I suspect the oil wasn't hot enough because the chips were soggy & nasty. I ordered through Uber and my order was wrong I called the restaurant and the manager on shift on the 12th of December 2022 between 8pm and 9pm was amazing. He made sure my order was what I wanted and then redelivered on his own accord and called back to ensure the toppings I wanted were correct, I could not be more happy with the outcome!
