Subway — Restaurant in District of Gungahlin

Highly unprofessional staff. Refused to understand dietary requirements while ordering catering, staff suddenly pretended they don't understand English. Refused the timing for food to be ready although within business hours. They said they were not busy, but cannot keep it ready at 10:30am, with ample notice. While my order was being prepared l had noticed a flies sitting on the cheese.l had mentioned to the staff she had walked away saying that she will remove it and handover my order to the other staff.
