Domino's Pizza Erindale — Restaurant in District of Tuggeranong

I wish there was a option for zero for this store. Food delivered 1 hr after order. requested by calling the store for hot and fresh food when the order not delivered after 35 mins of order.staff kept giving excuse of being short staffed. Driver asked us to call the store for the next order and request for complimentary garlic bread for the horrible food and service they provided. Chessy crust was cold dry rubbery and tasted awful. cottage cheese on tikka pizza was solid and rubbery with no flavour. Absolutely hopeless store and very disappointed that i did not return the food. One reason was it was already 9.35 pm, didnt want to go through the process of ordering again to other shop, kids were hungry and we trusted the Store manager to take our request whch we made by calling the store more seriously. but as it can be seen he had abslutely no concern for Customer care or...

My recent takeout experience from this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. I placed a simple order for a bacon-free pizza, but upon checking my order, I discovered that bacon was mistakenly included. When I politely pointed out the error, I was met with aggressive behavior from the staff, who not only refused to acknowledge the mistake but also started yelling at me.

To make matters worse, I received a side of fries that appeared to be leftovers no one would dare touch. It was evident that no care was taken in preparing the food for takeout customers.

This incident left me deeply unsatisfied and frustrated. The lack of accountability and the poor quality of service and food are unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering takeout from this establishment. My experience was so negative that I won't be giving them...

It was the worst pizza i ever had. Too much sauce in the pizza and the owner of the shop was very rude. I called to make an order, and asked if there was any offer he didnt tell me about any offer. Very unhappy with the customer service. I went there and grabbed my pizza and got home, then i saw a flyer where there was so many offer's. i bought two pizza's for 26$ and In one of the offer there was 29$ 3 pizza 2 sides, then i called him and said why didnt you tell me about the offer i would have ordered the 29$ because it adds more value for me instead of sharing just 2 pizza with family.
