Pizza Hut — Restaurant in District of Tuggeranong

I GIVE THIS ZERO STARS!! Where do I start? The fact my pizza was in the car being delivered for 24 minutes or the fact it was cold or how it was burnt or the fact my cheese pizza had a prawn and I can't eat seafood!!?!!?!? This was DISGUSTING and they should supply me with my order again -done right this time for free or give me a full refund. Yet when I called 3 times no one answered. I am so disappointed and disgusted. Do you understand that if I eat seafood I will end up in hospital. Do you understand it can KILL me!!!!?? Why is a pizza in a car on a hot day for 20 plus minutes when I live just minutes away? Do you want people to have food poisoning? This is absolutely putrid. Burnt, cold and going in the bin. Thanks heaps pizza hut.

-edit. Reading other reviews especially regarding food safety it seems to be a common problem. I'm shocked! And pizza hut replies pretty much exactly the same to every complaint. Each complaint should be treated as an independent, individual case and not given the same lame response. I have always ordered from pizza hut but after this I'm done with them. I have seen other people talking about reactions to foods, allergies etc and pizza hut acts like it's nothing. Food allergies can be life threatening. I have seen bugs in people's food and again, pizza hut gives the same responses as I'm sure they will to this complaint. Don't bother pizza Hut. You are a joke and do not handle the customer with the respect they deserve or handle complaints in the correct manner. Let's not dismiss the fact people have commented they witnessed staff not using gloves/washing hands while making our food!!!!! Someone needs to step in and address these issues as they unsafe practices. You are so lucky I didn't eat those prawns on my cheese pizza. Anaphylaxis shock -  potentially life-threatening allergic reaction that appears quickly, impairs breathing. Read that again pizza hut.... LIFE THREATENING!!!! It can lead to brain injuries due to not being able to breathe and can KILL. People like me have to carry a pen with us incase we have a reaction but if we go into shock we may not be able to perform the task needed to help us. WHY would a PLAIN cheese pizza contain seafood!!!???? Mess in the kitchen? unclean chopping boards and so forth or food being dropped into trays of other ingredients? Keep a clean kitchen and educate staff on safe food preparation. Unless you want a lawsuit on your hands I suggest you do this immediately!. You might want to do a hell of a better job with your food quality and practices. Don't bother replying because I have no hesitation in reporting you and taking action. I will not accept your excuses, fake apologies or rudeness. So don't bother replying with same pathetic response you have given others. There is NO resolution to this.

Update; Received a message from the new manager apologising and advising Pizza Hut is now under new management. He said we had a complimentary lunch or dinner whenever we want it. Tonight the manager personally delivered the same order as last time but also with an additional pizza at no extra cost. The order was made and at our door in under half an hour, the food was absolutely delicious and the service outstanding! Massive turn around in short time, well done and thank you new manager! We will certainly be back again!

Original review: Waited over an hour for our delivery and finally got a call from the delivery drivers wife to say they are unable to find our address. It’s now 1.40 minutes later on a school night and I have unfed children not in bed. Extremely Terrible Customer Service! Ordered at 6:45 pm Pizza arrived COLD at 8 pm on a Wednesday night. Tried to check the status of the Order their website did not work properly wouldn't allow it, called through to the customer service who said they would transfer me to the manager of the store. they just cold transferred me, the manager picked up and would not speak and just hung up the phone on me. then when trying to call through they have just taken the phone off the hook. worst experience .. do not give this scum your business, when the delivery driver rocked up I told him to call his boss as I wanted to speak with him .. he called his boss said I won't talk to anyone tell the customer to come in tomorrow during business...
