Absolutely top notch Korean fusion (with a bit of Japanese and Vietnamese thrown in). This is in the first rank of restaurants in Canberra. All dishes are interesting and "different", while being finished and presented to perfection. The entire restaurant is immaculate. Front of house is friendly, helpful and communicative. The clean, minimalist layout of the restaurant has a lot of hard surfaces that might be a bit noisy when the place is full, but it wasn't bad at all when we were there. Dishes are priced to match the quality, but it's a fair value for a restaurant at this level. Stand-outs for me were the rice bread and the wombok pancake. We also had the KFC (chicken - going to try the cauliflower next time), the lemongrass pork and the Vietnamese coffee banoffee pie,...

A pure gem of a restaurant- certainly one of Canberra’s best and located in central Woden! As you enter Dada you are instantly welcomed by the fabulous staff! But that’s just the start - with modern Asian fusion cuisine that rivals some of Australia’s best you are taken to another place with food! It’s hard to beat the salmon crudo, or the beetroot topped with smoked labna, but then you move onto prawn croquettes, the best crisp, fried chicken in Canberra (drizzled in Dada’s home made chilli sauce), and let’s not forget the John Dory, the most amazing lamb ribs and the home made tortellini which is next level - you won’t believe just how good this place is - Peter and the team will have you coming back time and time again - do yourselves a favour...

Our work group had lunch at Dada recently and can recommend it as a lunch venue - excellent service (for e.g. the chef was happy for us to choose from the full menu or the lunch menu, and to pay individually); very tasty food; and, a menu which caters for a wide range of preferences. A couple of things to be aware of if you've not eaten there before are that 1. if you're feeling hungry, you may need to order more than one dish (e.g.a side dish or dessert) as a number of meals that the group ordered didn't include vegetables or salad; 2 the size of the meals were on the smaller side (restaurant rather than cafe sized serves); and that as a smaller sized venue, seating is at long rectangular rather than round tables. Overall a tasty...

I can see what dada is trying to achieve but they haven't quite reached the mark. Nice ambiance but food hit and miss and inconsistent service. Date pudding and sticky lamb ribs were the standouts. Tempura fish main and beef tartare were also decent. Beetroot starter was quite plain and ridiculously priced for what it was, grilled octopus was an unusual texture and the accompanying puree was very thick and almost stodgy. We had great service from one wait staff and very average service from another who seemed quite inexperienced. Dinner for 2 was over $200 - I would have rated dada higher if the prices weren't quite so steep but with prices like these, expectations are high.

Had such a great time wining and dining at dada canberra . The food was absolutely sensational. Would definitely be going back to try some more of their contemporary Asian style dishes. Photos of some of the delicious meals we tried this time 😛Chicken liver parfait 😋Octopus 😍Salmon croquettes 😘Lamb ribs 🤩Sticky date pudding The chicken liver parfait and octopus were definitely my favourite picks and would order them again in a heartbeat 💗. The restaurant is a little hard to spot and parking around the area can be an issue but nice ambience and service once you are at the venue.
