Been hearing good stuff and reviews about this place.

So mate and I decided to go there for dinner tonight at 8.30pm, expecting to dine in as the website says it shuts at 9.30pm. Food was great overall but it left a sour taste in the mouth with the following..

The staff told us they are closing and will only do take away at 8.30pm. We were wanting to have dinner there initially. Miscommunication and stated at wrongly on the website perhaps.

Prior to ordering, I clearly asked the staff if the chicken wings they served are full wings, namely, drumlets and midpoint or seperate. The staff insists that it is full wings and if we order 10 wings, it will be 10 full wings with 10 mid joints and 10 drumlets. We proceeded with 2 burgers and 10 wings.

What we received were half the order. I took a photo of the wings.

The staff also did not give a copy of the receipt, which was supposed to be a common practice for takeaway.

Overall the food taste good. Maybe update the opening hours so it reflects correctly on the website.

On 22 December, I rang up to order takeaway. I was asked to do this via deliveroo, however I am located out of the zone, so I was not eligible for delivery. After explaing this to the person on the phone, I was asked to hold why he spoke with the manager. I was holding for over 5 minutes and heard him serving a customer while I was on hold. It was not until I said hello did someone answer and advised that I was able to order takeaway over the phone.

When picking up my order, I arrived at the pick up location and I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me, meanwhile the two staff were standing there havigng a chat and it was obvious that they saw me waiting! It was not until another staff member came over and asked me what name my order was under. I advised them it was under Kylie, and they said that there was no order under that name. I was then told that the order was under Harry. I said no Kylie, and the female staff member told me I said Harry! I don't know how they got Harry from Kylie, but I am very disappointed with the service at Woden. I have never had a poor experience at Braddon. I could not understand the attitude and the disinterest...

I and eight others dined in for my birthday. Upon arriving, it took a couple of minutes to be greeted. We learned that they weren't prepared for the booking, we observed staff moving another customer off a table so that we could sit there instead. We ordered six burgers, wings, drinks and greasy's dipping sauce. The first burger came out 35 minutes after ordering, and the last burger came out approximately 60 minutes after ordering.
