I had the pleasure of dining at Rashays Wooden last night and indulged in their Wagyu Scotch Fillet, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! From the moment it arrived at the table, I could tell I was in for a treat.

TLDR: Food was meh, staff need to work more cohesively as a team to provide better service.

Rashays has always been a little treat for us and I don't usually write poor reviews, however our recent experience has left much to be desired.

First off, once seated and browsing the menu, the waitress who took our order was clearly still in training (if you're reading this don't even stress about it, it happens to all of us). But as a result, our order was lost before reaching the kitchen. This is usually fine but the fact that it took nearly 50 minutes for the other staff members to pick up on this is to be frank, ridiculous. If a new team member is in play it should be fully expected for them to make mistakes, The remainder of the team has to be able to pick up on this and rectify it asap before it becomes an issue for the customers.

Once the issue was finally identified and our order was retaken, the incorrect burger arrived. At this point we were starving so just decided to cop it. Creamy Chicken Pizza tasted good, although doesn't look anything like what's shown in the menu Grilled chicken burger was a little dry and under seasoned, good chips though

When it came to paying the bill we found we were double charged for the soft drink we ordered which was advertised to come with free refills.

Finally what did it for me was the lack of ability to provide feedback about our experience. When trying to discuss our issues with the front desk we were simply met with silence and an offer for 10% off our order. Sure, thanks but that's really not what I'm looking for there.
