Sharetea Woden — Restaurant in District of Woden Valley

I recently visited this branch, and I was genuinely impressed! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I ordered their classic pearl milk tea and also tried their honey lemon green tea — both were absolutely delicious and perfectly crafted. The pearls were fresh and chewy, and the tea had a balanced sweetness that didn’t overpower the drink.

What stood out most was the quick service, even though it was busy. They also have a great variety on the menu, so there’s something for everyone, whether you’re in the mood for something fruity, milky, or even a little adventurous with flavors. The drinks tasted authentic and refreshing, which shows the quality they put into each cup.

Overall, I highly recommend this Sharetea branch for anyone looking for a fantastic bubble tea experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to try...

Good drinks, terrible service!

Once when we point to the picture of a drink and asked what drink it was. The answer was “it’s a picture” — !!

Another time, I pointed to the fresh milk and asked if there was lychee flavoured ones. The girl said of course yes! Then they made one with black tea. While it was being made I asked again and found they were making a wrong one. I told them I meant a ‘fresh milk’ as we can’t take caffeine drinks. They said if I pay for the new one they could make another one for me!!

Please spend some effort to train your people. I do like your drinks but the incompetent, sometimes rude service really...

Customer service was bad. The lady who served me on the 27th May at around 4.30pm ish was very rude. I told her not to put any ice because weather was so cold and I have asthma, she immediately refused my request. She said that they don’t do this kind of order and they can only make lesser ice for me. (However, last time I got it make up without putting any ice.) The way she approached a customer was very unfriendly and ill-mannered. Even she denied this request, she should say in a nicer tone. Overall, my experience here with Sharetea is unpleasant and unprofessional. I will not patronise...
