Russo's Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Dubbo

Have visited Russo’s a few times when I’ve stayed in Dubbo. Great convenient location across the road from the Country Cattleman’s Motor Inn (highly recommended accommodation).

The coffee has always been consistently okay to good. Always above average & worth returning for in the past.

On our visit over the weekend we managed to pay $16.80 for two regular coffees. 1 x regular latte & 1 x regular mocha with an extra shot. That’s $8.40 per coffee! When my partner worked up the courage to query the price, always uncomfortable to do, he was abruptly advised it was because of the extra shot. Still unsure if this was an error or not, but if correct, they are the most expensive coffees I’ve ever purchased! And at that cost, not worth the money for what we got. Again, the coffee was above average, good but nothing to gush about. The staff member seemed confident that the price she charged was correct & didn’t appear willing to double check.

It was okay. 4 adults ordered at the same time but different payments. One set got their meals quickly, 2nd set they didn't get their meals until the first finished eating and when we questioned if the food was still coming they said it is, while handing out others that ordered quite a while after us. Nice Cafe, very friendly & helpful Staff! Menu Is great, good quality food for a good price. Only things we could fault was the coffee wasn’t hot enough & the pot of tea was so strong it looked like coffee.
