I ordered a braised beef hot pot with rice noodles.
Well to me it was just regular spaghetti, pasta. Had no resemblance to noodles at all, the soup was tom yum but felt like a instant packet, I could be wrong but my stomach is telling me, I'm not wrong. The sprouts and coriander were the highlight with the well cooked beef brisket although not much. Crab stick and fish balls aren't a good mix, lesson learnt.
The air conditioning was excellent, sufficient, but my table was directly under it.
Drinks I was hoping was better too, my hong kong lemon tea was half a cup of chunky ice. It was also sugary syrup.
My wife tells me there's another hong kong restaurant nearby that is much better so I recommend to try the other one if your looking for better quality.
I'm sorry to leave a negative review to what seems like a new business doing their best but I have to give an honest opinion.
They aren't short of customers in Victoria Park there is more than enough foot traffic, who may very well disagree with me.
If the restaurant read this I hope for you to reconsider your ingredients or recipes and aim for more authenticity.
Other than the spaghetti like noodles it had some tofu, that was alright
Overall it was just nothing special to me. Meal was about...

Air conditioning wasn't strong enough. --- 6.5/10 Service: Grab the menu at the cashier. Order and pay at the cashier first. Get utensils, seasonings, tissues, and water at self-service counter. Some spoons were not clean (with strains/ powder). Acceptable waiting time. Noodles served one by one. Already finished half of the first noodles soup when the other noodles were served. No basic courtesy. --- 6/10 F&B: Simple menu without using simplified Chinese. Desserts are not HK style. Normal presentation of noodles soup. Normal portion. Reasonable prices. Fish Maw Chicken Soup Rice Noodles Pot, $16.8: It was served super fast. The fish maw soup was thick. Good flavor of the soup. Good portion of chicken. Chicken was glossy. There were bean curd sheets, cordycep flowers, and Enoki mushroom. But no bamboo fugus. --- 7/10 Hong Kong style Iced Lemon Tea, $4.8: What is the HK style? Two lemon slices were super thin (even half slice, worse than garnish) that I hadn't seen in Hong Kong. --- 6/10 Rice Tomato & Beef Sliced Rice Noodles Mini Pot, $16.8: There were 3 crab sticks and bean sprouts, but very small portions of mini beef slices and chives. No fish balls. Not enough fillings. Tomato soup was...
