Watching the skilled baristas create this delightful beverage right in front of me was a truly memorable experience.

This used to be one of our family's to-go places. Yummy donuts with lots of flavours. We haven't been to it for a few months and went back in again yesterday and what a massive disappointment it was.

A very noticeable price hike which I don't mind if quality of food is good however as soon as I put the first donut in my mouth, the terrible taste of overused cooking oil overtook everything. Everyone, including my 8 year's old, noticed something is not right and basically it was the cooking oil they used. I don't know whether it's the quality of the oil or if it's being used over and over again but whatever it was, it made the taste horrible. I didn't eat many and still got an upset tummy for the night.

Bumping the price and cutting shortcuts at the same time doesn't make sense and won't make customers to come back. I wish businesses would realise this simple and basic concept of commerce. Anyway, sadly we won't...

I understand that incidents occur, but it's important to address them promptly and with care. If a health and safety audit were conducted, it might shed light on necessary improvements. It was concerning to see that other children also faced similar accidents based on your security cameras. It's reasonable to expect a level of care and attention, especially after spending money at your establishment.
