McDonald's — Restaurant in Ellenbrook

Went to this place the other day, and made a huge order online for over $70 obviously as it was late the store was closed and only the drive through was open. There was literally no one in the drive through so we walked through and the man working told us he wouldn't give us our order. It would have been fine if we were ordering but as we had already paid we asked if they could just give it to us, but he said he wouldn't serve us. We understood that they might not be able to serve us so we ordered an uber and they took us through. the service was horrible and so slow. we were waiting for over 15 minutes just for them to take the order at the speaker and then had to wait an extra 20 for the food. When we finally got our food and got home they had gotten the whole order wrong. we got a strawberry milkshake instead of a chocolate one and they put sauce on a burger and no cheese when we ordered no sauce and extra cheese. The customer service was horrible and the people working were either rude or just messing around the whole time. The man with the curly hair did not even say hello or goodbye just ignored us completely. This is so disappointing as not only did they refuse us service and then take a long time, but they messed up the whole order. if i could give this place 0 stars i would. WILL NOT BE...

Worst mac experience ever.. If you are thinking to have your kid's birthday party in Ellenbrook's Mac.. Think twice. Booked my son's party 1 month in advance and was in total disappointment on the actual day. No party hats were handed out to the kids, No Goodies Bag were handed out to the kids, No special present for birthday boy was given to my boy. Whatever they mention about all those stuff that we would be expecting on their online booking website, they didn't have it.. Period..Oh yes, not to mention that only 2 games of 5 mins each was played within the entire span of 1.5hrs and prizes for the games....Balloons.. What the?? Best part was when the bill came, we were charged the full amount of the package. Tried reasoning with the assistant manager and she still insist on us paying the full amount.. So I then asked her where were all the goodies bag that were suppose to be given out to the kids?? Her replied was " Because you guys brought your own so we were NOT giving out, and yes you still have to pay for that!"..... Aruged with her for another 10 mins until I had to get her to call her manager whom is a lot more reasonable and ended the dispute in my favour.. Only paying for what I got... If you are thinking of having a party for your love one at mac's ellenbrook .....

The manager on duty today the 14/12/2023 @ 06:29pm is an idiot, lacks customer service skills and highly incompetent. I will recommend that she should go seek employment elsewhere maybe in farm or somewhere.

I ordered for quarter pounder in a regular meal and I was only given the burger. I asked for the remaining items and I was told that they only charged me for the burger ($8), meanwhile I ordered it in a meal. I opt to pay the differences so that I can have it in a meal instead, I was instructed to drive around and pay the $5 difference at the cashier. Upon arriving at the cashier, I meant a lady who claimed to be the manager. I explained the situation to her and she was very adamant about it. She wanted to charge me another $9 for the chips and coke. She basically told me that she will not make it a meal for me.

A regular quarter pounder is only $13.85 and she wanted to charge me a total of $17.

I do not recommend this...
