I was very disappointed with my visit to Jetty Bar and Eats yesterday. I booked this restaurant for my birthday because of the beautiful view and was excited for some casual but delicious dining! I had been looking forward to the "feed me" menu that i had viewed online. When we arrived and scanned the QR code we were unable to find the feed me menu and my husband went to the bar to investigate. The bartender told my husband that the new menu was starting tomorrow and they had started running out of the food for the existing feed me menu, in particular the mozzarella cheese. However, the bar tender said they could still do an adapted feed me menu but it wouldn't be the same as what was listed. This was not ideal but I was willing to try it and so i chose my dishes and my husband went back up to order. Then the bartender said that after their conversation, he spoke with the kitchen who informed that doing the feed me menu was just not an option today. At this point, i was very annoyed. Then, I looked at the menu and realised that this didnt make sense as most of the items on the feed me menu were infact on the main menu. I then chose these items plus a few others and my husband went back up to order. He then he came back quickly and said the scallops that i ordered were also not available. By this point I'm wondering if this restaurant actually had any food at all, was very annoyed and was completey regretting choosing this place for my birthday! Anyways, I was very hungry so we just went ahead and ordered whatever food they actually had in the kitchen. When the food arrived the croquettes were cold and lacked flavour and the rest of the food was nice but nothing special. We finished our drinks, ate the food and were out of there in an hour, a record for us! We left to go somewhere else for a delicious dessert to make up for the disappointing lunch! The waitstaff/bar staff were nice and offerred us one free beer but I dont drink beer so it was really no compensation for a ruined birthday! It was just poor organisation, planning and customer service! I will be spreading the word about this bad experience and will...

I was disappointed on Easter Sunday by the bottomless brunch that turned out to be unavailable. I had pre-booked for my friends and had told them we would have 2.5 hrs of bottomless Tommies , $79 pp. when we arrived, we were told this wasn’t available because it was Easter Sunday and instead it would be 1x glass of Prosecco each and an Easter seafood feast. None of us drank Prosecco and while the food was lovely, it wasn’t what we had intended the day to be. I let the Manager know I was disappointed because the website had not made it clear the usual offering wouldn’t be available. We had paid a substantial amount of money ($474) , only to have to purchase our own alcohol for the evening anyway, with the added cost of public holiday surcharges for every drink. 2x Bloody Marys was over $50! He thanked me for the feedback, said he agreed it was misleading , but did not offer any kind of compensation. It was a disappointing and expensive way to spend our...

What an amazing spot... This is but far the best in terms of services provided by the ever welcoming staff. They are all smiley, helpful and very accommodating. Started with a bottle of prosecco, a bowl of chips as starters and harissa lamb shoulder as main and cinnamon pavlova for dessert. The prosecco was smooth and bubbly, ziro brand. The chips weren't the greatest. It was just ok. I wish they would make the chips bigger and infused with herbs and spices. The harissa lamb was heavenly. It was so tender and beautifully cooked. The juices were just flowing. The naan bread that came with that was amazing. The cinnamon pavlova was beautiful and so tasty. The apples were infused with cinnamon and melts in your mouth. Highly recommended. Beautiful view of the port and tasty food with awesome staff, it's something...

So I know these guys from the great Quarter Acre that we frequent excessively, and I thought to see what they have gotten up to. Food is exceptional! I love the share theme. The setting is so relaxing (ok music is a touch loud). Service is *good*. I’ve been in the industry so I know it takes a lot of work. We had to order more bread in order to take advantage of the great sauces that came with the dishes 😂 Sorry I didn’t get a shot of the pulled lamb - it was to die for! Well done Jye and Izzy (and the rest of the crew that I haven’t met)! You need to clone yourselves to keep up with the biz!
