The reviews say the service here is terrible but I would say it is like any other large franchise with minimum wage workers. But besides that, some teenager served me. Was courteous to ask if my dawdling boyfriend was gonna order after I started my burrito order which was kind. She proceeded to PILE on the good stuff - meat, rice and generous smears of guac, beans and sour cream. Ended with a mammoth of a burrito with +$1 for guac. Strangely enough, the burrito was well layered? I still had to take two bites to get my salad and meat and rice in a mouthful but I'm happy with the result.

Not good. Online says open till 9, walk-in at 8.15, everything’s packed away, girls says they are still open but don’t look keen. Ask what we want but we can’t see the menu because the screen is not working. Girl behind counter says that ‘oh that’s a bit temperamental’ and she can tell us what’s on the menu but still doesn’t seem really interested. We just walked out. Felt like we were the biggest inconvenience. Not the first time we have gone to get food 1/2 hour before closing and received this attitude. Will not be giving my money to these people again and suggest considering...

Ordered online thinking it would be easier and quicker, but I was wrong. I picked up my order with totally the wrong ingredients added onto the nachos (one of which I'm intolerant to, and definitely didn't add this onto my order online). When I asked why this is, the explanation I got was "we do it differently in this store". What's the point in being part of a chain if you don't want to make what it stipulates on the online order system? Perhaps it's an issue with the order system itself. But, either way, it ended up wasting more time which I initially hoped to save by...
