I’m not sure how it has higher reviews… the food was extremely overpriced for what it was and did not taste very good at all with rotten avocado… I’m sure they’re nice people but you can’t run a business like this… 2 meals and tiny milkshakes over $60… wild.
Edit: I don’t recall having some great “chat” with the staff, they barely said anything at all. No the avocado was not the main issue, the food itself tastes bad. So the owner is saying the $60 breakfast has the free kids meal priced in then? So it’s not really “free”
Otherwise yes I got 2 meals, a milkshake (200ml maybe) and kids milk shake for over $60!
If you’re running a business you cannot expect everyone to come to you if there is an issue with the service or food, you’ve got to take ownership and check the food etc. before it goes out. For some reason because they had to make an alternative for her, I had to wait too. I asked if they remembered my order. Finally I received it, my friend ended up ordering the same as me, her meal looked beautiful, mine wasn't toasted and was cold. Read moreWe had a lovely experience when we arrived in Geraldton and happened upon this little Cafe. We had the breakfast bowl, eggs, and coffee. It was all delicious. It is a small space but there is seating outside as well, on the old railway station platform. It was beautiful sitting out in the sun, there is shade available too.
