McDonald's Gisborne — Restaurant in Gisborne

For some reason Google has decided that I visited McDonald's in Gisborne. I avoid chains such as McDonalds. I used the car wash nearby ........ If you are visiting Gisborne I really suggest that you support local cafes in the Main Street rather than eat the sub-standard "food" at McDonalds. You will be supporting local employment (i.e. if locals are not employed at McDonalds then they will be employed at local cafes with increased business). if you are worried about price you can always buy a local pie or a pastie. McDonald's' is registered on the NY stock exchange and their profits appear to be consolidated and taxed in the USA. McDonald's Australia are managed by a holding company in Sydney. They do not appear to pay any corporate tax in Australia (they pcollect income tax on employees salaries which is separate to corporate profits) thus they make little or no contribution to Aussie infrastructure, schools, roads etc ........ whereas .... you local cafe earns and pays Aussie tax ..... Considering the franchise investment of around $1m for these stores. You don't seem to care about the quality of the food or the service. This store is run by kids supervised by kids with the quality of the food consistantly deteriorating. The staff don't care about their jobs the business or the customer. I bought a big Mac when I got meal it the meat was grey , no sauce and bearly lukewarm. Unfortunately I went through the drive through by the time I realised what I had been given, I was too far to go back. This is not the first time it's happened. Prices have continued to rise, size of the burger have got smaller, quality deteriorated and as for the service well there isn't any. Put some adults in stores to supervise the child staff you continue to put in these stores. Absolutely appalling, lift your game MacDonald's. Your food is no longer cheap. We expect quality and we pay good money but getting only rubbish. I will never go back to that store or MacDonald's again.. no...
