I absolutely adore this cafe – the vibes are impeccable, and the service is outstanding; I am always greeted with a joyful smile.

Don't even get me started on the leaf chai – it is AMAZING. So delicious, and you get a teapot that fills multiple, yes MULTIPLE, cups of chai. They even put a super cute & always appreciated tiny teddy on the side, which makes my day.

Yummy food, great people and the art pieces on the walls are absolutely divine. Coming here feels like coming home

This was a pleasant find in Gisborne, while passing through on the way to Melbourne recently. Was planning a break in the drive, and this place came up on a Google search with a good rating. And it didn’t disappoint at all. With indoor and outdoor seating, their wares are displayed at their main counter. They have a variety of sweet and savoury options, along with great coffee. Unfortunately to write a review you have to give a star... Zero stars would be a more accurate rating for this cafe. I went and ordered a coffee from The Corner Cafe today and not only was the lady unapproachable... The hilarious barista making the coffee made a tasteless joke about my comment about wanting amlond milk and continued to tell not only one staff member in front of me but two. So that was my first and last time I will ever visit this place...
